SkyDarts1.Com Product Return Policy
All items must be returned within 14 days. All returned items must have the invoice included in the packaging. Please call, fax or email to provide us with a complete explanation for requesting a return/refund. When shipping items back, please make sure that you include:
- Return Authorization Number
- Copy or Original Invoice
- Reason for return
- Request for credit or replacement
You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to returning items or they will be sent back to you! RMA Number must be VISIBLE on the OUTSIDE of the box! A restocking or handling fee of 15% will charged. We will gladly replace or give full credit on items that are defective or shipped in error.
We reserve the right to ship any orders by means of USPS and UPS.
We reserve the right to switch your shipping company to one or the other to promptly get your order to you by fastest means possible without further shipping charges to our customers.
